Manager and Senior Professional Program The Associate Vice Chancellor's office oversees the Manager & Senior Professional (MSP) Program for the campus and UC Davis Health Systems (UCDHS). Recruitment requests, affirmative action reports, appointment approvals, stipend requests, equity adjustments, and reclassification requests are routed to this office for approval. |

Community Interest Groups at UC Davis The Associate Vice Chancellor's office provides funding and support for UC Davis' officially recognized Interest Groups. Their goal is to encourage community awareness while fostering a shared environment of sensitivity and understanding at all levels within the campus community. |

The Associate Vice Chancellor's office provides leadership and/or guidance for UC Davis organizations recognized by the Chancellor as responsible for representing one of the major constituencies of the campus community. |

The following responsibilities, historically handled by this office are now handled on an interim basis by Matilda Aidam, Director of Mediation Services:
Title IX Compliance Officer
Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 is federal law prohibiting sex discrimination in educational institutions receiving federal financial assistance.
ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) Compliance Officer
The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 prohibits discrimination against "a qualified individual with a disability because of the disability of such individual in regard to job application procedures, the hiring, advancement, or discharge of employees, employee compensation, job training, and other terms, conditions, and privileges of employment." (Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990)
