- As applications are received, TES administrative staff review the materials and the past employment history to make sure the applicant has both the skills and experience necessary to be a successful TES employee. TES' selection of applicants is based on demonstrated skills and past work history in similar positions, on the number of employees that are currently available in the pool and the number of requests and skills needed from campus departments. Applications are kept on file for consideration for three months.
- In addition, applicants being considered for Clerical/Administrative positions will be required to complete assessments in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and typing/keyboarding, administered at TES.
