Outreach, within Human Resources is the collaborative participation and partnerships with departments, constituent groups, and community affiliations in activities, which encourage the employment, retention, and development of prospective applicants, internal employees, student populations, and community interest groups.

How to Reach Out
- Operate on the assumption that you have periodic openings and are always looking for people to fill them.
- Research on and off campus contacts to promote vacant positions.

- Partner with Employment and Outreach Services and Human Resources by attending job fairs and other special events.
