PSS Contract
Contract positions are limited to titles covered by PPSM only, following consultation with your Employment and Outreach Consultant/Recruiter, where there is a definite ending date, special salary requirements, or unique occupational terms and conditions of employment, or where a contract is customarily used. All terms and conditions of employment are clearly specified in a written employment contract between the University and the individual. A contract appointment can be fixed or variable percentage of time and typically established for one year. All contracts require approval by Employment and Outreach Services/HR including any changes to an existing contract and extensions.
