BOI is intended for individuals who have broad responsibility for the administrative functions of either an academic or administrative department or have responsibility for key areas of Budget, Finance, Internal Controls, Human Resources, Information Technology and/or Sponsored Projects.
Management Skills Assessment Program (MSAP)
The Management Skills Assessment Program (MSAP) is a University of California residential program that offers participants insights into their managerial competencies, skills and potential. The program provides participants with objective feedback on skill dimensions that have been determined to be critical for successful management at UC. MSAP is held at Asilomar.
