Expedited Arbitration Agreement
The University offers an expedited arbitration program for non-represented and some represented (union) employee complaints and grievances. Expedited arbitration differs from a regular hearing in the following ways:
- The hearing procedures are designed to ensure that the hearing is completed in one day.
- A non-University hearing officer will be appointed from a panel of professional arbitrators.
- Expedited arbitration offers substantial cost savings to all parties.
