Linda is responsible for coordinating all requests that come from UCOP including policy updates, scope chart updates, all items for submittal to the Regents, SMG merit and equity submittals and review of all items submitted to the Chancellor for Senior Management Advisory Committee (SMAC) review.
Linda administers the Senior Management Group (SMG) program; manages the central AVC-HR office; is the SMG/MSP background check contact; administers the performance management program; and provides analysis for the AVC-HR.

Kim M. Osmonson, SMG/MSP Analyst and Human Resources Consultant
Kim is responsible for serving as the SMG payroll/personnel coordinator, providing administrative back-up, maintaining the personnel files and also entering Senior Leadership Compensation Group information into the Senior Leadership Information System. Manager & Senior Professional (MSP) personnel file maintenance; MSP reports; central office reviewer of Payroll Personnel System (PPS) transactions; service awards.
