Hurricane Katrina Relief Efforts
An employee can use this form, located on the Payroll Website to contribute to Hurricane Katrina relief efforts by converting accrued vacation credits into a cash donation to a qualified tax-exempt organization. An employee can also donate vacation to an employee who is assisting family or friends or participating in disaster relief work; to do so, contact your Employee Relations Consultant.
