Advanced Supervisory Certificate Program: Developing Expertise

One of the most remarkable characteristics of UC Davis is the caliber and commitment of its staff. This allows UC Davis to achieve a level of performance that would not otherwise be possible. The Advanced Supervisory Certificate Program: Developing Expertise acknowledges the supervisor's critical role in communicating the vision, mission and values of UC Davis and in coaching and coordinating the efforts of many to attain the highest levels of performance.

The Advanced Supervisory Program: Developing Expertise offers learning opportunities in five broad categories considered critical to supervisory excellence: Leadership, Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Communication and Career Management. Participants who attend eight core and three elective courses as noted below will receive a certificate of completion.
