PPS: Lab

This hands-on course is recommended for all PPS Preparers and Reviewers and provides an overview of PPS, reviews accountability, security, navigation, inquiry, on-line entry and PANs. Participants are strongly encouraged to have their own PPS user ID, current password, and have hands-on experience maneuvering in PPS Inquiry.

Participants are required to submit a departmental signed copy of their PPS Access/Change Application to the PPS Administrator in Accounting and Financial Services, Payroll Division prior to the day of the class in order to attend. Only employees who will be responsible for PPS/OPTRS administrative functions/transactions will be permitted to attend due to the confidential information accessed in the course.
