PPS Policy and Procedures: Staff Personnel

This lecture/discussion reviews relevant staff personnel policies and procedures and is required for PPS Preparers and Reviewers with responsibility for staff personnel transactions.

The course covers personnel policies that are applicable for entering staff transactions, including employee relations units and codes, leave codes, probationary periods, next salary review dates, merit programs, leaves of absences, "Indef, but not later than." statements.
