Sexual Harassment and Discrimination: Prevention for Supervisors

How prepared are you to prevent and handle complaints regarding sexual harassment, racism and other forms of discrimination? This course meets the requirement for sexual harassment training mandated in AB 1825 and will define discrimination and sexual harassment, discuss responsibilities of supervisors and suggest strategies for resolving and preventing sexual harassment and discrimination complaints.   The workshop also includes realistic scenarios.

ATTENTION NEW AND CONTINUING SUPERVISORS:

Based on California legislation (AB 1825), the University of California requires all new and continuing supervisors to attend at least two hours of sexual harassment training every two years.
