Sally Waters, ODS Director and Consultant
Since 1979, Sally has worked as a trainer, facilitator, consultant, and coach on such topics as intercultural and interpersonal communication, team building, performance management, leader development, train-the-trainer, diversity, and conflict management/mediation. She uses a variety of traditional and non-traditional approaches in delivering client-centered services. Sally holds an MA in Psychology and a BA in French and Teaching English as a Second Language and is certified/qualified in a number of specialties, including the Enneagram and the Myers Briggs Type Indicator.
When not handling ODS affairs, she enjoys playing with her partner and two daughters, reading, and relaxing through authentic movement and sacred dance.

Lisa Harry, ODS Program Coordinator
Lisa Harry graduated from UC Davis in 2000 with a BA degree in Animal Science and Management and currently serves as the Program Coordinator. She is the first point of contact for individuals and campus units seeking information regarding Organizational Development Services. Lisa brings extensive experience in client relations, customer service and office management. The rest of her time she enjoys playing with her husband and two children.
