  • Determining competencies needed for open or existing positions (building a competency model to ascertain what skills or competencies you want to hire for and what you are willing to develop or coach in the new hire or incumbent)
  • Developing recruitment strategies (working with HR Recruiters to optimize your outreach)
  • Developing selection strategies (screening, interviewing, rating, working with HR Recruiters to ensure compliance)
  • Developing onboarding strategies (orienting and successfully integrating new hires into the organization's culture and and the performance expectations of the role)
  • Planning for succession (identifying and preparing suitable employees through, for example, mentoring, training and job rotation, to replace key players)
