Complaint Processes

This website is intended to provide managers and supervisors with information and resources that are available for guidance through the complaint process. The complaint process largely depends on whether the complainant is represented by a union. To find out if an employee is covered by a union agreement, please use the HR Salary Scales to look up the employee’s title code(s). If the salary information indicates that the employee is "Non-Represented", then the employee is not represented by a union.
