Dennis Wade is a coach, consultant, trainer, and Principal of People Development Systems, a Sacramento-based Employee Development company. He has documented much of his experience in three books: The New Supervisor’s Coach, The New Supervisor’s Coach Workbook, and Coaching the Toxic Employee. Dennis has management experience leading direct staff and remote teams, supervising vendors, and leading organizational change efforts. He has over 25 years’ experience in corporate adult education, specializing in performance management, leadership development, critical thinking, and on-the-job training programs. He is a former President of the Sacramento Chapter of ATD (Association for Talent Development). A graduate of UC Davis, Dennis has a Masters Degree in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco.
