Course Description:
Managers will:
- Describe the drivers of Engagement
- Understand their role in Engagement
- Increase their team’s Engagement by using the Engagement Essentials
- Plan for and conduct Engagement Conversations
- Maintain Momentum through Follow-Up Meetings
