The Registered Student Organization (RSO) payment reason code is used to issue payments from a department to a student organization.

The student organization must be registered with the Center for Student Involvement. To utilize this payment reason code, the payee should be set up ahead of time as an RSO vendor.

To submit an Registered Student Organization payment for processing:

Create a new OPP Payment/Refund request for the Registered Student Organization payment and attach appropriate supporting backup.
