This course will provide users with hands on experience in submitting cases, checking status of cases and navigating in the AggieService system using Lightning Experience.

In an effort to make training more convenient to our AggieService users, the SSO will soon be posting a recorded user training course. There are no available trainings currently scheduled from May through Fall 2020. In the meantime, if your department would like to request that our service desk come out to your location for team training, please email us at aggieservice@ucdavis.edu.

AggieService Webinars for Recruitment Requests (UCD Health only)

Health Compensation Team hosted training webinars in September and October 2019 for managers and supervisors to learn how to request a recruitment through the AggieService ticketing system.

AggieService Go-Live Training for UCD Health (July 2019)

In preparation for the AggieService implementation at UC Davis Health on July 22, 2019, four identical training sessions were scheduled to train users on how to submit HR/Payroll cases. The course provided users with information on how to submit cases, check status of their cases, and navigate through the AggieService System. AggieService requires provisioned access to submit HR/Payroll actions, please contact your service channel for information about receiving access. AggieService is DUO enabled, and requires dual authentication.
