Some Gratitude and a Brief Tour Of Human Resources at UC Davis Health
To everyone who participated in this year’s CommUNITY Feedback Survey,
Thank you! This was a big initial step in our effort to improve the workplace with our continuous listening strategy, and it wouldn’t have been possible without you taking the time out of your busy schedules to speak your mind. Responses are being analyzed and intentional plans to address concerns and issues will be developed in the coming months under the direction of Steve Chilcott the Executive Director HR Workforce Strategies.

Steve and his teams have deep experience with employee surveys and engagement efforts, and I am looking forward to the great things we will accomplish by making informed decisions. I invite you to learn more about the timeline and what comes next by checking out the CommUNITY Feedback Survey webpage.
While I have your attention, I’d like to highlight the HR Operational Departments specific to UC Davis Health, what they do and the leaders who guide the teams that make it all possible. If you'd like to learn more, click on their names and departments.
With gratitude & in health,
Danielle Kehler, JD
