Lyndon Huling, Ed. D, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Executive Director of Talent Acquisition & Compensation Services. 

Dr. Lyndon Huling is the Executive Director of Talent Acquisition and Compensation Services at UC Davis and UC Davis Health. He earned his doctorate in Educational Leadership from UC Davis and is committed to supporting his alma mater.

Dr. Huling advocates for inclusive excellence and works to meet the needs of students, staff, and faculty. Through innovative strategies and inclusive leadership, he fosters a culture of belonging where every individual can thrive.

In his role, he leads change across talent acquisition, compensation services, and Human Resources, helping UC Davis set the standard for a welcoming, inclusive, and dynamic community.
